You fill in the short brief (about 15 minutes). We jump on a 30-minute call to lock scope, price, and timeline in writing before any work starts.

Design direction samples
We send 2–3 design directions tuned to your brand and industry. You review them with us, we settle on the direction that feels right, and lock it in.

Start building
We translate the chosen direction into a working build on Astro + TinaCMS — page structure, navigation, components, the bones of every page.

Finalise design
We complete the visual polish across every page: typography, spacing, imagery, mobile and desktop. You see it live on a staging URL.

Copy writing + SEO
We refine the copy you sent, write what you didn't, and wire up technical SEO — schema markup, meta tags, sitemap, GA4 analytics.

Final retouches + UI/UX

The questions everyone asks.
$500 sounds too cheap. What's the catch?
No catch — the scope is fixed. Five pages, one revision round, seven business days, on a productized system designed to deliver inside that scope. Anything beyond it is priced separately and quoted before any work starts. The exclusions list is on the pricing page in plain English.
Who owns the code, domain, and hosting?
You do. We hand it all over at launch — repo access, domain registrar login, Cloudflare account, every password. Documented in one sheet. The anti-lock-in promise is written into the contract.
What if it takes longer than seven business days?
If we miss the delivery window for any reason on our side, we refund the build fee. Full stop. If we're waiting on content from you, the clock pauses — and we'll always tell you when it does, in writing.
Can I cancel the care plan?
Any month, with 14 days' notice. We hand the site back the same way it launched — repo, domain, hosting, passwords — and walk away clean. No exit fees. No final invoice.
Do you do tradies / lawyers / dentists / my industry?
Yes. The Specialist build is the vertical version of the same productized system — same delivery, same ownership rules, plus the compliance and integrations your industry actually needs (AHPRA, ACCC, booking engines, Google Business schema).
