About CatalystHub

Built in Perth. Built to give it back.

One operator, one production system, one hard rule: no website ships without the client owning every login. CatalystHub is the productized opposite of agency-fatigue.

Founder & Principal — CatalystHub

Vish

Engineer by background, founder by choice. After years of watching Perth small-business owners get locked out of their own websites by the agencies that built them, Vish started CatalystHub as the productized opposite of that. The standing rule: no website ships without the client owning every login. The standing offer: flat price, seven days, money-back guarantee on delivery. The standing answer when something needs fixing on a live client site: same day, no drama.

  • Based in Perth, Western Australia — local invoices, local accountability
  • ABN-registered, GST-registered Australian sole trader
  • Builds on Astro, Cloudflare Pages, TinaCMS and Stripe — the same stack used on this site
  • WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility target on every site shipped
  • 100% ownership handover written into the standard contract

The team

Who are the catalysts shaping what comes next?

A small Perth studio — kept deliberately small so prices stay flat and delivery stays seven days. Vish leads the build; Sisi runs the show day-to-day; Daniel and Dominika round out the team across projects.

Design & Strategy

Why CatalystHub exists.

Every Perth small-business owner I’ve sat next to in a café has the same story.

They paid someone $1,500–$3,000 a few years back for a website. The site looked okay at the time. It’s now slow, the photos haven’t been updated since 2022, and the person who built it either disappeared or charges $200 to change a phone number. The owner doesn’t have the password to anything. When I ask “Where’s it hosted?” they say “I’m not sure — the guy looks after it.”

That’s not a website. That’s a hostage situation.

The productized response

CatalystHub is the boring answer to that situation. Three constraints, locked into the contract:

  1. One flat price. $500 inc. GST for a 5-page Standard build. $1,500+ for a Specialist build. No “discovery workshops” billed by the hour. No surprise invoices.
  2. Seven business days. From kickoff call to launch. If we miss it for any reason on our side, we refund the build fee — every cent. You can hold us to that in writing.
  3. You keep every login. Your GitHub repo, your domain registrar, your Cloudflare account, your TinaCMS editor. Documented on a single handover sheet. Nothing in our name. Nothing you can’t walk away with.

That’s it. Nothing on this site is going to sell you a “growth strategy” or a quarterly retainer you don’t need. The retainer most small businesses need is $49/month for hosting and backups — we sell that — but it’s optional, month-to-month, and cancel-anytime.

What we won’t do

We won’t take payment for a project we don’t think we can deliver. We won’t quote a Standard build for a project that obviously needs Specialist. We won’t put you on a 12-month contract. We won’t hold a single password as leverage.

If we’re not the right fit for your project, we’ll say so on the call and recommend someone who is. There are very good developers in Perth doing very different work — agency-quality bespoke builds, e-commerce specialists, conversion-rate optimisation. CatalystHub is one productized lane. If it fits, it fits well. If it doesn’t, we’ll save you the call.

What to do next

If any of this sounds like what you’ve been looking for, start your project — the brief takes 15 minutes and we’ll reply within one business day. Or book a 15-minute call and we’ll talk it through. Either way, no follow-up sequence, no pitch, no obligation.

The production system

Why this stack — and why it matters to your invoice.

Big-budget agencies bill $20,000 for sites built on Astro, Cloudflare, TinaCMS and Stripe. We use the same stack and price it as a productized $500 deliverable — by removing the parts that don't move the needle. No discovery workshops billed by the hour. No bespoke CMS for a 5-page brochure. No JavaScript framework that takes 4 seconds to start. The whole thing is open infrastructure — you could hire another developer tomorrow to take over the site, and they'd be able to. That's the whole point.

  • Astro Generates static pages — fast, cheap to host, almost impossible to hack. Your site loads in under a second on a phone on 4G.
  • TinaCMS The editor. Looks like Notion — click into a heading and type. No plugins to break, no admin panel to log into weekly.
  • Cloudflare Pages Hosts the site, free at small-business volumes. Free CDN, free SSL, enterprise-grade DDoS protection.
  • Stripe + Formbricks Stripe handles payment. Formbricks handles your project brief and on-site contact forms — no third-party CRM trap.
  • 7 days Standard delivery window
  • 100% On-time launch rate, or money back
  • 100% Ownership handover rate

Want to work together?

Capacity is capped at four new builds per month. Fill the brief in 15 minutes and we'll reply within one business day. Or book a 15-minute call — no prep, no pitch.
