    Brief — Day 0

    Fill in the project brief (15 minutes). We jump on a 15-minute call to lock scope, price, and timeline. You get a one-page summary in writing before you pay a cent.

  2. 02

    Build — Days 1–4

    Stripe payment kicks off the build. We pull copy and image direction from your brief. You see the site on a staging URL — fully working, mobile and desktop — by end of Day 4.

  3. 03

    Review — Days 5–6

    Unlimited revision rounds, batched. You send all your feedback in a single email or call. We turn changes around in 48 hours.

  4. 04

    Launch — Day 7

    We point your domain at Cloudflare, run the launch checklist (Lighthouse, accessibility, forms, analytics), and flip the site live. You get a launch-day email when it's done.

  5. 05

    Handover — Day 7

    Handover sheet emailed and stored in your account: GitHub repo as owner, Cloudflare login, TinaCMS editor, GA4 access. Plus a 30-minute Loom walkthrough. Care plan starts Day 8 if you opted in.

Care plan deep-dive

The care plan, in plain English. Cancel any month.

A website that just sits there starts breaking. Domains expire. Security headers go stale. The contact form starts catching spam. The care plan handles all of that, monthly, so you don't think about it. Cancel any month with 14 days' notice and we hand the site back the same way it launched — no exit fees, no final-invoice tricks. Care plan is free for the first month on every build.

  • Basic — $49/month Hosting paid through us (or stay on your own account — your choice). Daily backups. Security and dependency updates. Uptime monitoring. Monthly performance report (Lighthouse + Core Web Vitals). A monthly email with what we did and what's coming up.
  • Premium — $99/month Basic, plus an hour of content updates each month. Swap a photo, add a service, update a page — you email, we do it within two business days. Most clients pick this tier.
  • Specialist — from $79/month For regulated industries and Shopify stores. Premium-level care, plus monitoring of your regulator's rules (AHPRA, ACCC, your industry body) or Shopify platform changes that affect you.

Pricing FAQs — the objections we hear most.

$500 sounds too cheap. Where's the catch?
No catch. The scope is fixed (5 pages, unlimited revisions inside the 7 days, on a productized system designed to deliver inside that scope quickly). Anything beyond it — extra pages, custom development, animated treatment, niche compliance — prices up to Advanced, Shopify Theme, or Specialist. If you need something that isn't on the build card above, we'll quote it before any work starts, or honestly say it's not the right fit and point you somewhere better.
What if you miss the 7-day deadline?
We refund the build fee — every cent — if we miss the delivery window for any reason on our side. It's in the contract. You can hold us to it. The clock pauses only when we're waiting on content from you, and we tell you in writing when it does.
How do I pay?
Stripe, upfront, in one payment. We don't take deposits or chase payment plans on Standard builds. Advanced, Specialist, and Shopify Theme builds can split 50/50 (start/launch) on request. Card or bank transfer, your choice.
Revisions are really unlimited?
Inside the 7-day window, yes. You batch your feedback into a single review pass each day and we turn it around in 24–48 hours. The cap isn't on rounds — it's on the calendar. Once we hit Day 7 the build is locked, and post-launch changes go through the care plan or get quoted as a small variation.
Can I add a page later?
Yes. $80 per page after launch, or free if you're on Premium care and it fits the monthly hour.
What if I miss content deadlines?
We pause the clock and tell you the new launch window in writing. If you go more than 30 days without content, we close out the project, refund 50%, and you can restart later at the current price. The other 50% covers work already done.
Do you do refunds?
Three refund rules: (1) miss our 7-day window for any reason on our side → full refund of the build fee; (2) cancel before we've started building → full refund minus a $50 admin fee; (3) once the build is on a staging URL → no refund, but we work with you on the revisions to get it right.
Are there really only four build slots a month?
Yes. The production system is fast but capacity is a solo operator, and 7-day delivery breaks if I'm juggling more than four simultaneously. When the month fills up the intake form tells you and offers a slot in the following month — no waitlist games.
