Start a project

Three ways to start. Reply within one business day.

Most people fill the brief — it takes 15 minutes and lets us quote properly on the call. Some prefer a quick call first. A few just ring. All three land in the same inbox. Capacity is capped at four new builds per month — two slots open this month at time of writing.

Pick the path that suits you.

All three are answered the same way: one business day, Perth time, by Ishan directly.

Fill in the brief

About 15 minutes. Save and come back if you need to. We read every brief personally before replying — usually inside an hour during Perth business hours. Best path if you know roughly what you want.

Open the brief

Book a 15-min call

Fifteen minutes, no prep, no pitch. Useful if you're not sure whether CatalystHub fits, or you'd rather talk than type. We'll cover scope, timeline, price, and tell you on the call if we're not the right fit.

Direct contact

Some buyers don't click through forms. Honour that. Call or email and we'll skip the funnel — same one-business-day reply, no intake form required.

The project brief

About 15 minutes. You can save and come back. Nothing here commits you to anything — it just gives us enough to have a real conversation and quote properly on the call. Honest answers beat polished ones.

  • We read it. Within one business day, usually faster. Ishan reads every brief personally — no junior account manager triage.
  • We reply with a fit-check. Either confirming the build is in scope (with a proposed start date and a 50% deposit invoice via Stripe), or asking the two or three questions the form didn't cover.
  • We book a 15-minute kickoff call. To lock scope, timeline, and price in writing — before any work starts. You get a one-page summary you can hold us to.

Or book a 15-minute call.

No prep required. We’ll talk through what you’re trying to build, whether CatalystHub fits, and what it would cost. If we’re not a fit, we’ll say so on the call and point you somewhere better.

Fifteen minutes, AWST. What we’ll cover:

  • What you’re trying to build and what’s blocking you
  • Whether Standard or Specialist is the right tier
  • Honest answers on fit, scope, and timeline
  • What happens next if we both want to proceed

Calendar booking. Google Calendar appointment scheduling will live here. Until it’s wired up, email hello@catalysthub.com.au with a few times that work and we’ll confirm one.

Or just call.

Some people don’t want a form or a calendar — they want to speak to a person. Fair. Ishan answers the phone Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm AWST. Outside those hours, leave a message or email and you’ll hear back the next business day.

If you’re inside Perth and want to meet, we can do that too — coffee on us if we end up working together.

Before you start

What do I need to have ready?
Almost nothing. A rough sense of what your business does, who buys from it, and what you want the site to do. If you already have a logo, colours, or copy, bring them. If not, we'll work with what's there — the brief is designed for the realistic case where you're starting from scratch.
What happens after I submit the brief?
We read it within one business day. If you're a fit, we email back confirming scope, send a 50% deposit invoice via Stripe, and propose a kickoff call inside the next 5 business days. If you're not a fit, we say so on the same email and point you somewhere better.
Can I just call?
Yes. The direct contact section above has the phone and email — Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm AWST. If you'd rather skip every funnel, that's the fastest path.
What if I'm not sure CatalystHub is the right fit?
Book the 15-minute call. Zero pitch, zero follow-up-sequence. We'll tell you on the call if we're not a fit and recommend someone who is — there are very good developers in Perth doing very different work, and we're happy to point at them when it's the right call.
How fast can I actually launch?
If you start the brief today, kickoff call inside a week, and the build runs seven business days from kickoff. Realistically: signed up Monday, live two-and-a-bit weeks later. That's the longest you should wait — most projects start sooner.
